HCG diet thought…
My husband asked me if I had a goal weight. This was a hard question to answer. As someone who has always carried extra weight no matter what age I was it is really hard to envision myself at a healthy weight. I have lost serious weight at various points in my life. Even in these times where my weight was much lower I still was not at my ideal weight. If you have been 5′4″ and 120 pounds as an adult it seems easier to me for someone to set that as a goal for themselves. Even in high school I think the lowest I weighed was around 145lbs. That however was ummmm 22 or more years ago LOL. I don’t remember what that weight feels like.
I do remember being 155 at around 22 years old and feeling great at that weight (I had just lost 20 pounds or so). As an adult my weight has always hovered between 165-190 pounds. My primary goal is going to be to get below 160 using this protocol. I will then reset my goal weight when a skinny little me is more easy to visualize.
Today the first of my hcg protocol supplies came. I went a little crazy ordering stuff and first ordered homeopathic drops followed immediately with enough injectible hcg for 3 rounds. I had second thoughts about going homeopathic and putting the effort in and not having the drops work. I decided to do the protocol strictly as in P&I with the exception of SQ vs. IM injections. I am half tempted to give the drops a whirl since my injectible hcg isn’t here yet but am going to hold off. I will save the drops for later rounds if needed.
Still weighing what SQ dose to start off with ?? Any thoughts are welcome.
